We offer products in two sections “Hotel Brand Stores” and “Product Store”. The products in the Hotel Brand Store section are items that have previously been ordered by that specific hotel brand. These items are available for ordering as-is in this section. The products can be customized with your hotel property logo or the brand logo.

The Product Store section has a huge selection of products, currently over 50,000 items that you can order. Each product will be decorated with your hotel brand logo, property logo or custom graphic. All products are decorated at the product factory and shipped directly to your property.

What are the steps for placing a product order?

After your account has been approved for ordering on Girvin Marketing Stores you can place an order for any product, indicate what color you want, how you want it decorated, and the quantity. After you place your order:

  • You receive an email Order Confirmation outlining all details and costs.
  • You will receive an email notifying you that a Proof Sheet showing you how your product will look has been uploaded to your order online. You will review the proof and either Approve or Reject the proof.
  • Once you have Approved your product proof(s) your products are placed into production with the factories.
  • The product will ship directly from the factory to your property and you will receive an email confirmation that your product has shipped along with the tracking numbers.
  • After your product ships an Order Invoice is sent to the email address indicated on your order. The invoice can be paid by credit card from a link in the Invoice email or you can process the invoice for payment by company check.

How long does the process take to get custom products?

Most of the products presented on our site are decorated and shipped within 3 – 5 working days after your product proof has been approved. If you have a firm in-hands date for your products, please make sure you indicate that date when placing your order. Our team will do everything possible working with the factory to ensure the products arrive on time. If there are any issues meeting your required in-hands date using your stated shipping method a team member will reach out to you.

How do I pay for my product order?

All orders are invoiced to you on NET 30 Day payment terms. An order invoice is emailed to you when your product is ready to ship. We accept payment by company check or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) through a link provided in your invoice email.
