Hotel PromoShop is a platform for ordering branded products. Orders placed on this platform will be immediately sent to the Vendor responsible for the product(s) ordered. If an order contains products from multiple Vendors, the order will be split into one order for each Vendor.

After placing an order, the Vendor will invoice you and fulfill your order. Any questions or issues with your order must be directed to the Vendor indicated on the Order Email Confirmation and on the Order page in your Account Dashboard.
